PRODUCTS
Products are available online through our website and any other third party platforms which we engage for purposes of our Services.. We make every effort to be as accurate as possible in displaying the products in their original colors and accurate models. However, due to your device’s display settings, technical issues, and differences in display, variations may come to the products’ colors or sizes. Hence, we cannot guarantee that the physical product will look exactly like the display images.

CLAIMS FOR WRONG/DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Please report issues on wrong items or defective products within 48 hours upon receiving your order. Our customer service team will assist you and handle the claim if your purchase or order falls within our return policy.
We will require you to send several claim images of the products received from various angles that clearly show the product defects and also the original shipping label that will help verify your claim.
We will replace your item(s) as per your desired resolution. In cases, if we cannot replace your item, we will refund you in full through the original payment method that you used to make your purchase.
The return item(s) must be in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with their original packaging including (if any) booklet, accessories, and gift. Any purchases that have been used or are not in their original packaging will not be replaced or refunded even if your claim is valid.
If our customer service team verifies and accepts your claim, then you can ship the item(s) back to us. To return, place the item securely in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase, and mail to the address that shall be provided to you by our customer service team.
RETURNING WRONG/DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any products that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion. Please note that, unless otherwise agreed between us, you are responsible for return shipping fees and we cannot take responsibility for the delivery time or loss of a returned package, so we recommend using tracking numbers to insure your package is returned to us safely. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
APPROVING RETURN AND ISSUING REFUND
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. Within a reasonable period of time, we will surely inform you whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment (unless any other refund method is otherwise agreed by us and you). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days according to the payment plan or method that you had originally selected. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable, so any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping (unless otherwise agreed by us).

The value of the discount coupons or gift cards will not be refunded on returns or exchanges. Héas holds the right to change/revise/modify any discount offers or promotional allowances without prior notice. Customers cannot avail multiple discount offers in a single order. For example, if a customer uses vouchers then they cannot use reward points or any other discount along with the ordered item.
ORDER CANCELLATION
We promise to deliver quality and authentic products to our customers. Therefore, we always run quality control checks to the best our our ability after receiving ordered product from the authorised vendors (“Quality Control”). We reserve all rights to cancel any customer’s order after finding quality issues from Quality Control checks of the ordered product, as we aim to give our customers the best online shopping experience. We also reserve the rights to cancel orders if the ordered product is unavailable or if it is out of stock (due to unavoidable inventory management issues, website management issues, vendor stock update issues, or any other reason).

All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes (if any).
