Emma Bridgewater’s enamel collection is perfect for roasting and baking (and for any other oven dishes that take your fancy!) and can also be used for cooking on gas, electric and induction hobs. With lovely patterns, including polka dot and Black Toast they make excellent oven-to-table serveware and are also freezer safe if you are saving that lasagne for a rainy day! Made of porcelain enamel, the range is incredible durable and if you treat it well, it will last for years and years.
