What is a sea freight order?
A seafreight order is an order that is shipped by sea from the country of destination to our warehouse in KL. Shipment usually takes 8-12 weeks to arrive in KL. Kindly note that we endeavour to be as accurate as possible with our delivery times however this can change due to various reasons outside of our control.
This option is the cheapest option to order your chosen items.
What is an airfreight order?
An airfreight order is an order that is posted by air from the country of destination to our warehouse in KL. Shipment usually takes 3-4 weeks to arrive in KL. Kindly note that we endeavour to be as accurate as possible with our delivery times however this can change due to various reasons outside of our control.
This option is a faster option but typically costs more due to the express nature of shipment and higher customs tax charged by the authorities at KLIA.
Do you accept special request orders?
Yes we do! Just screenshot what you would like to order and we will quote you the total cost for you to receive the item.

Is there a discount for bulk orders?

Does the price includes all costs for the item I order? Is there any additional cost that I would need to pay later?
Price quoted at checkout is final and includes all cost associated with ordering and shipping your order from the country of destination to Malaysia (including shipping, packing and handling cost, local and international customs tax and local postage).
I am confused about seafreight shipments. How do I know when the item will arrive?
If you have pre-ordered via seafreight one of our products please be advised of expected delivery date on the product page.
We endeavour to be as accurate as possible with our delivery times however this can change due to various reasons outside of our control, if there is a delay we will let you know via the email you registered with us as soon as possible.
When ordering multiple items with a pre-order item and ready stock item, you can choose whether:
- To post your ready stock items out in our standard delivery time, in which case your pre-order will follow as advised on the product page, or
- To wait for all orders to arrive and then to post out.

It will be calculated at check-out based on your address.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, you can! We also strongly advise for fragile items to be collected from our collection point in Ampang, KL. However, please contact our Operations Team first to arrange for this.
I want my order quick. Do you provide same day or next day delivery?
Yes we do! Please contact us if you need the items to be arranged quickly via Grab or Lala delivery. This would depend on the availability of our Operations Team.

What is your promise as to the quality of the products I order?
We take pride in sourcing items a little bit different and from around the globe. This means some items have been hand finished, therefore are not mass produced and identical. So ceramics may well differ from piece to piece, our glass items may have bubbles; these are the way they are intended to be. Please get in touch if you require clarification on a certain items.
What is your refund policy?
We accept return of orders within 7 days if the item is damaged or broken during international transit or local postage, or if the item is non-functioning.
