When will I receive my order?

• Ready stock item : it will be posted within 2-4 business days (pssst, our internal target is of course as soon as possible so it may also be earlier!). Cost of local postage is calculated at checkout based on total weight and size of the order.
• Self-collect or delivery via Grab or Lala : please whatsapp our Delivery Team here. We require 1 day prior notice to arrange for this.
• Pre-order express airfreight : ETA 3/4 weeks (unless we have stated a different date in the description box above).
• Pre-order Seafreight : please check here for estimated date of arrival (unless we have stated a different date in the description box above).

How do I know if my order is ready stock or pre-order item?

On the picture of each product, there is a label on the right side of each picture which either states “ready stock”,
“pre-order” or “pre-order express”.
